Can Ken coach his Mom?
Recently I was on a visit to Ken’s and his family. Ken and I were in the car by ourselves for a long ride and something he said brought to mind some of my negative thinking about myself. I was concerned it would be awkward telling my child about my inner weaknesses, but I had seen and heard of the results others were getting from his coaching, so I decided to open up. It was amazing! Ken was so completely non-judgmental. He didn’t try to solve my problem, he just asked a few simple questions that helped me think about was I was thinking and I recognized the flaws in my thinking and I immediately felt better. I wish I could explain it better, but I highly encourage anyone who is unhappy about anything in their life to make an appointment with Ken.
